See how your operation actually runs
Operational intelligence for freight — see where the hours and the software dollars actually go
No APIs. Nothing to integrate.
Observe only. Read-only by design.
Reported in hours and dollars.
You can't fix what you can't see
Every vendor in freight is selling you another agent. Nobody is selling you the picture of how your own operation actually works.
The floor is invisible from the top
You know what your dispatchers and billing clerks are supposed to do. What actually happens — the re-keying, the workarounds, the four tabs open to book one load — never reaches you.
The leaks are quiet
A battery replaced without checking the warranty. A second lost tire with no coaching session opened. Software you pay for every month that three people have never opened.
AI is a guess without a baseline
You are asked to buy automation before anyone has measured which fifteen minutes of which workflow is worth automating. So the tools land, and nothing changes.
One quiet install. A month of watching. The truth in a report.
Your team keeps working exactly as they do today. Nothing changes about how they work — that is the point. We measure the operation as it really is, not as it is described in a meeting.
Installs on your office machines
Runs quietly in the background on the computers you choose. Observe-only, with hard guardrails: it cannot touch, change, or delete anything in your systems. No API keys, no TMS integration project, no IT lift.
Learns how the work actually gets done
It watches work across every screen and tool — dispatch, billing, AP/AR, maintenance, driver management, back office — and builds a model of the real workflow. It learns the way your best employee learns: by watching.
Reports in hours and dollars
Where office time goes. Which software you pay thousands for but barely use. Which mistakes repeat and what each one costs. What is worth automating — and what is just noise.
You decide what changes
You stay the owner of every decision. You get clear changes to make with your team, and only the automation worth building. No lock-in, and no rip-and-replace.
No APIs. No rip-and-replace. No migration project.
Shown to you in dollars and hours
These are the categories of finding the system is built to surface. Examples are drawn from workflows freight operators described to us in discovery.
Time that disappears between systems
The same load data typed into a TMS, an email, a spreadsheet, and a portal. The costliest waste in freight lives between systems — which is exactly where no integration can see it.
Software nobody opens
Per-seat tools and TMS modules paid for monthly and used by no one. Software ROI measured against observed usage instead of a renewal invoice.
Repeat mistakes with a price tag
The warranty never checked. The safety report never opened. The second incident this month that nobody connected to the first.
Who your best operator really is
What separates your strongest dispatcher from your weakest is a set of steps. Once those steps are visible, they can be taught — and eventually, run.
The workflows worth automating
Ranked by measured hours and measured dollars, so automation is a decision backed by your own data rather than a vendor's pitch.
How long onboarding really takes
The real path a new hire takes to competence, captured as it happens — so the next hire follows a map instead of a shadow.
Built for the operators nobody builds for
Enterprise AI in freight starts in the six figures and targets the largest brokers. The operations that run this industry are smaller than that, and they have been skipped.
Asset carriers
Fleets growing past the point where the owner can personally see everything, and adding office headcount faster than trucks.
~20–200 office staffFreight brokerages
Brokerage floors where margin per load depends on habits that differ desk to desk, and nobody can prove which habits win.
Desk-level visibilityMulti-system operations
Companies carrying three or four operating systems after acquisitions, where the work between the systems is the real work.
No integration required
It works with what you already run
Because NocTeam observes the screen rather than the database, compatibility is not a question. If your team can use it, we can learn from it — including the software that has no API, and the spreadsheet that was never supposed to be load-bearing.

No APIs. No rip-and-replace. No migration project.
Measure first. Automate second.
Understanding before automation
Everyone else sells the agent first and discovers the workflow later. We start with the operational understanding, because the workflow is the hard part.
Nothing to integrate
The observation layer needs no API access, no vendor cooperation, and no data-sharing agreement with your TMS. That matters more every year as platforms close their data.
Built by freight, for freight
One founder grew up in a family refrigerated trucking business. The findings are framed the way an owner already thinks: hours, dollars, and what to do Monday.
Priced for the middle of the market
The operations we serve are the ones enterprise AI has priced out. That is a deliberate choice, not a stepping stone.
From understanding to organizational memory
The operational understanding is the beginning, not the product's ceiling. Each stage is only possible because the one before it happened.
Operational understanding
A measured picture of how your operation actually runs, delivered as findings you can act on this quarter.
Organizational memory
That understanding kept continuously current — a company brain that knows your SOPs because it watched them happen, and can answer how your operation does a thing.
Company-specific AI
Automation trained on your processes rather than a generic template, built only where the measured return justifies it, and priced against savings we can both see.
We are onboarding design partners
We are early, and we would rather say so. A design partner gets the operational understanding first and shapes what gets built next.
You see everything first
Every finding from your own operation, before it becomes a product feature anyone else can buy.
You shape what we build
The automation roadmap is written from what your operation actually needs, not from a backlog.
You take no lock-in
Observe-only, on machines you choose, removable at any time. No migration and no long contract.
No sales pitch. You talk directly with the founders.
The questions owners ask first
It is not built to score individuals, and we will not sell it to anyone who wants that. It is aimed at the workflow: where the process forces good people to waste time. Deployment is consent-based — your team is told what is running and why, on machines you choose, and it can be paused or removed at any time. In practice the finding is almost never 'this person is slow'; it is 'this task takes four systems and should take one.'
Two founders, one industry
NocTeam is Veer Laller and Anshu Arora. Veer grew up in a family refrigerated trucking business in Fresno, California, and has spent the last month in freight back offices watching the work happen. Anshu studied electrical engineering at IIT Bombay and builds the technical side. We have run 30+ interviews with carriers, brokerages, and the consultants who audit them.
“Consultants talk to the C-suite. The C-suite does not know how the hands are actually moving. We wanted to watch the hands.”
